Pew Research Union
The Pew Research Union seeks to contribute to Pew Research Center’s production of trusted, fact-based research by ensuring we continue to cultivate a workplace where employees are respected, supported, and empowered.
The mission of the Pew Research Union is to guarantee that all eligible staff of various contract types have the resources, voice, and equitable working conditions necessary to fully contribute to Pew Research Center enriching public dialogue and informing sound decision-making.
The Pew Research Union shares Pew Research Center’s commitment to transparency and collaboration, and seeks to protect the integrity of our work by fostering communication across all levels in the organization and building a more equitable, sustainable future for all staff members. We will fulfill this by bargaining for a fair contract, protecting benefits, codifying the merits of our work experiences, navigating workplace disputes, and addressing day-to-day working conditions.
